Guan-Wen Lai Color-stablized light-extraction films for organic light-emitting diodes

Oxide nanoparticles, polymethylmethacrylate and surface modification agent were mixed to form light-extraction microstructures on glass substrates. Light-extraction films can improve luminous current efficiency and efficacy of the organic light emitting device up to 49% and 35%, respectively. The maximum variations of CIE-indices are only 0.001 in the studied view angles.

Jyun-Yu Lin Using Aqueous Solution Method to Develop High Quantum Efficency Green-Yellow Phosphor

In this research, we explored a high quantum efficiency green-yellow phosphor through the aqueous solution method. By concentration quenching effect, the emission wavelength of green-yellow phosphor can be tuned between 545nm and 534nm. Furthermore, the quantum efficiency of green-yellow phosphor can reach 88.2 %.
