Effects of neutron irradiation upon carrier lifetime incorporated with change in recombination rates; consequence displacement damage in Si solar cell. Radiation induced defects are analyzed with change in open circuit voltage, maximum power, and fill factor; cause non uniform rise in reverse saturation current(J0) with fall in open circuit voltage(Voc).

Wei-Jie Chang Optimized Structure with Diffractive Optical Element for Light-Splitting in Solar system

The purpose of this research is to split light into visible light and infrared light. Since the diffractive optical element (DOE) splits the light with different wavelengths to different diffraction angles, it along with other structure will be used for separating infrared and visible portions of white light.

Likarn Wang New Texturing Technique for Diamond Wire Sawn Multicrystalline Silicon Wafers

In this study, we work out a wet chemical etching method with which surfaces of DWS multicrystalline silicon wafers can be effectively textured without using sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid and of course without using MCCE or RIE methods.

Forest Shih-Sen SEN Chien Observation of Charge Coupling in InGaP/InGaAs/Ge Triple-Junction Solar Cells by Electric Modulus Spectroscopy

Electric modulus (M) spectroscopy incorporated with lasers is demonstrated to be an effective approach to investigate the electrical characteristics of the individual subcells in InGaP/InGaAs/Ge triple-junction solar cells. Charge coupling between the excited and neighboring subcells is observed, which causes the expansion of the depletion region in the latter.

You-Lan Li Solution Process Hybrid Solar Cell In Thin Substrate : Impact of Surface Template And Process Conditions

We use metal-assisted chemical etching (MACE) and rapid thermal anneal (RTA) techniques to fabricate new multi-structure on Si surface. The PCE of new multi-structure on hybrid solar cell can achieve 14.07% by reducing reflectance to 3.61% and enhancing JSC to 33.43 mA/cm2.
